BRAND BUILDING FOR CHINA MARKET EXPANSION

CO/PLUS was brought in to help develop the go-to-market strategy for China with the purpose of building Harboe’s 4 brands: Eagle Tonic, Bear Beer and Darguner. In order to increase the brand value, rather than focusing on driving growth through volume,  CO/PLUS tailored the brand strategies and concepts to Chinese consumer preferences before pitching the brands to potential partners. As a result, Harboe successfully closed their biggest deal in terms of pricing and their second-biggest in terms of volume.
